Message from the Principal
A WEEK OF CHANGE
Thank you to everyone for working with us as we navigate our way through all the changing news and rules. Our numbers have been steadily dropping and I take this opportunity to remind parents that in week ten it is only the students whose parents are involved in essential services or rely on grandparents for caring, who can come to school. The program will be supervision only and the canteen will not be operating.
On Monday, Activity Ideas that have been created by staff for each year level, will be sent home via Connect. This is a collection of ideas, and are there for you to use if you wish to do so. We do not want to cause any stress or anxiety if these are not completed. Most children took home a book and their pencil cases, so that they could do work at home. If your child did not bring these home, again do not stress, a cheap exercise book from the supermarket, and work being completed in pencil is perfectly fine.
In week ten, staff will be planning for Term Two… however that may look. Please read your Connect notifications as these will keep you up to date with planning and return for Term Two.
As of today, Mr Black has advised us that he will remain working in at Central Office and that both myself and Miss Hind will remain in our present positions for now.
Be safe, be well, Happy Easter to one and all, and remember it is holidays.
Our Student Leader ‘Head Girl’ and ‘Head Boy’
were announced last week during the Year Six’s special afternoon.

FIRST DAY FOR TERM TWO

We will inform you if there is any change, but at present this is the date we are starting Term Two.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED…
If you have not already downloaded the ‘Connect Now’ App and logged in, then please ensure that you do so.
As the situation is still fluid with the COVID-19 crisis, all important information regarding Term Two will be sent via the Connect App and our website (under the Newsletter Tab).
It is imperative that families check these regularly for any new information that we receive from the Education Department.
